The Presenting Sponsor designation is a special opportunity designed to recognize organizations that are deeply invested in the success of the WNCRCC Recovery Rally through both sponsorship and active Planning Committee involvement.
This designation honors not only financial support, but also the time, leadership, and dedication contributed by Planning Committee members. We understand that this level of involvement often requires balancing regular professional responsibilities, and this designation is one way we aim to acknowledge and celebrate that commitment—while offering additional visibility for your organization.

In addition to the expanded visibility opportunities listed in the guidelines above, Presenting Sponsors also receive all benefits included in the Platinum Sponsorship Tier outlined in the Sponsorship Packet below.
Presenting Sponsorship Application
Deadline to submit application with uploaded logo: June 1, 2026
After reviewing the guidelines and sponsorship packet above, please complete and submit the Sponsorship Application form linked below.
When completing the application form, please select “Presenting” when asked to choose a sponsorship tier, regardless of the intended contribution amount.

Presenting Sponsor Payment of Fees
Payment deadline: August 1, 2026
Presenting Sponsors are encouraged to contribute at the highest sponsorship level aligned with their organization’s financial capacity. A minimum contribution of $300 is required to qualify for the Presenting Sponsor designation.
To submit payment, select “Donate” below and proceed to pay via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, or ACH bank transfer.

Last year’s rally featured 50+ sponsors and was attended by 400+ individuals in recovery and recovery allies. The event was featured on local news, radio stations, and in newspapers, and reached hundreds through our event digital program. Highlights included guest speakers, a panel of justice system officials, musical performances, special guest appearances, and a large group photo with some of our attendees!

Presenting Sponsors are organizations that contribute at a sponsorship level and have a representative who volunteers as an active member of the rally planning committee throughout the year. Because planning this event takes significant time, collaboration, and dedication, this level recognizes those who help bring the rally to life behind the scenes.

No problem! Just send us an email at rallysponsorship@wncrcc.org with “Invoice Request” in the subject line. Please be sure to include your desired sponsorship tier to ensure we send an invoice for the correct amount.

There are no additional fees for paying online this year—all costs are included in your sponsorship tier price, regardless of payment method. If you would still prefer to pay by check, we ask that you mail it as early as possible to ensure it is received by August 1. The earlier we receive your payment, the more pre-event promotion your organization will receive!

We understand—things happen! If you are unable to fulfill your sponsorship commitment, please notify us via email as soon as possible so we can offer your exhibitor space to another organization.

Scholarships (discounted rates) for silver tier sponsorships may be awarded to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations on a case-by-case basis, depending on available exhibition space and an organization’s alignment with the rally’s mission. Please email us for more information.
