Thank you for your support of the 2026 WNCRCC Recovery Rally: Rooted in Recovery, Growing in Community! We’re grateful for your interest in being part of this event.
Below you will find our three-part application process. Please read through everything carefully before applying. If you have any questions, feel free to email us—we’re happy to help! Contact us at RallySponsorship@WNCRCC.org.
Sponsorship Packet
First, please review the Sponsorship Packet. It contains information about each sponsorship tier and its corresponding benefits, along with important details regarding exhibitor space logistics and fee payment.
Sponsorship Application
Please Note: Based on sponsorship teir, Sponsor recognition begins upon receipt of payment. Early commitments receive the greatest exposure through ongoing website, social media, and event promotions.
Application Deadline: Aug 1, 2026
Next, please complete the Sponsorship Application form. Organizations applying for all sponsorship tiers except the Silver Tier will need to have a high-resolution copy of their organization’s logo ready to upload.

Sponsorship Fees

Finally, after submitting the application form, scroll down to complete your payment.
Below you will find the list of sponsorship tiers. Select “Add to Cart” beneath your desired sponsorship tier and proceed to payment via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, or ACH bank transfer.
To pay by check, make check payable to “WNC Recovery Community Collaborative” with “Rally Sponsorship” in the memo line and mail to:

To request an invoice, email us at RallySponsorship@WNCRCC.org with “Invoice Request” as the subject line after submitting your application form. Please be sure to include your desired sponsorship tier to ensure your invoice is issued for the correct amount.
Rally Sponsorship Tiers and Benefits
Exhibitor canopy locations will be assigned in advance, with placement and proximity to the stage based on sponsorship tier.
Sponsors are responsible for providing their own pop-up canopies, canopy leg weights, and tables. Canopies may not exceed 10 ft x10 ft, and canopy leg weights are required by the City of Asheville in case of wind. Weights can be purchased for around $25 from Walmart or Amazon.
Platinum Sponsor: $975
Includes:
Premium exhibitor booth location on Pack Square Green, with the option to bring and set up a 10x10ft pop-up canopy
Sponsor designation buttons for agency representatives to wear at event
Organization’s name, logo, and live website link featured on rally website and event digital program
Opportunity to include promotional item or flyer in attendee grab bags
Organization’s logo on printed event materials (signage, shirts, etc.)
Printed certificate of recognition
Verbal recognition from the stage
Dedicated pre-event organization spotlight post, tagged with live website link, on WNCRCC social media
Inclusion in post-event recap social media posts
Includes:

Includes:
Standard exhibitor space and option to bring and set up a 10x10ft pop-up canopy (pop-up canopy, canopy weights, tables, and chairs are not provided)

Basic exhibitor booth location with the option to bring and set up a 10x10ft pop-up canopy

Last year’s rally featured 50+ sponsors and was attended by 400+ individuals in recovery and recovery allies. The event was featured on local news, radio stations, and in newspapers, and reached hundreds through our event digital program. Highlights included guest speakers, a panel of justice system officials, musical performances, special guest appearances, and a large group photo with some of our attendees!

Presenting Sponsors are organizations that contribute at a sponsorship level and have a representative who volunteers as an active member of the rally planning committee throughout the year. Because planning this event takes significant time, collaboration, and dedication, this level recognizes those who help bring the rally to life behind the scenes.

No problem! Just send us an email at rallysponsorship@wncrcc.org with “Invoice Request” in the subject line. Please be sure to include your desired sponsorship tier to ensure we send an invoice for the correct amount.

There are no additional fees for paying online this year—all costs are included in your sponsorship tier price, regardless of payment method. If you would still prefer to pay by check, we ask that you mail it as early as possible to ensure it is received by August 1. The earlier we receive your payment, the more pre-event promotion your organization will receive!

We understand—things happen! If you are unable to fulfill your sponsorship commitment, please notify us via email as soon as possible so we can offer your exhibitor space to another organization.

Scholarships (discounted rates) for silver tier sponsorships may be awarded to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations on a case-by-case basis, depending on available exhibition space and an organization’s alignment with the rally’s mission. Please email us for more information.
